In 2016, he ventured into self-employment by founding his own agency. With a flair for trends, Florian launched his first startup in the health food sector in 2017. As a passionate networker, he actively participates in numerous business councils and associations, connecting young founders with experienced entrepreneurs through his extensive network.

As chairman of the board of Buchholz City Marketing and a committed business angel, he actively supports the local economy and emerging talents. His marketing agency, now employing 16 people, specializes in video and web services, combining expertise with innovation to drive entrepreneurial success.

Antonio Vella is a respected entrepreneur and investor with an impressive track record. Born into an immigrant family, he moved to Germany as an infant, at just six months old. He completed his academic education in chemical engineering, specializing in biotechnology, at the renowned Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
After his studies, Antonio established himself as a highly successful sales professional in leading multinational pharmaceutical companies. In 2003, he ventured into self-employment and founded his own pharmaceutical company. Under his visionary leadership, the company became an international leader in the field of allergology. Antonio retired in 2022, leaving behind a legacy of growth and innovation.

Since his retirement, Antonio has been a dedicated business angel and investor in the dynamic startup ecosystem. With his extensive industry expertise and deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, he is a sought-after mentor and supporter of promising ventures.
